Hi, I'm Szilvi.

As a kid, I craved deeper conversations—the kind that spark connection and meaning. But I didn’t yet know how to create them.

So I went searching.

Through literature, teaching, and eventually change management, I chased the tools to build real human connection.

Then I discovered COACHING.

​

That first true coaching conversation? It was electric. I felt fully seen, deeply heard—like something clicked into place. It was almost spiritual. And it changed everything.

Today, I bring that same spark into every coaching session and course I lead.

 

And what about ​TEACHING?  Well, it has always been in my bones. Whether I’m guiding a room full of leaders or working one-on-one, I create learning spaces that are engaging, reflective, and deeply human.

 

My courses are more than just skill-building—they’re mindset-shifting experiences designed to help people lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and connect with purpose.
