PERSONAL COACHING

For me, coaching means holding a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. Listening with empathy and being fully present allows the tension within the coachee to dissolve, creating an environment where creative ideas can start to flow. This supportive atmosphere is crucial for clients to feel comfortable exploring new perspectives and possibilities.

When it comes to finding solutions, I believe in the power of a “laser-focused” approach to coaching. I aim to get to the root of the problem while being acutely aware of the client's comfort levels. This means carefully sensing what is appropriate for the client to explore and recognizing when I might be pushing too far.

I also adhere to the principle of "coach the person, not the problem." I firmly believe that the solution lies within the coachee. My role is to facilitate their journey of self-discovery and empowerment, rather than simply providing answers. This approach helps clients develop their own problem-solving skills and fosters long-term growth and resilience.

While I am not a therapist, and my focus is not on delving into the past, I acknowledge that past experiences can sometimes surface during coaching sessions. However, my primary focus remains on the present and the future. I guide clients to leverage their current strengths and resources to create a path forward, helping them to set and achieve their goals.

This philosophy ensures that my clients feel supported, empowered, and equipped to navigate their personal and professional challenges.
